Both master planned communities have been new-home sales leaders, nationally since they began selling homes in 2004 and 2006.

Mountains Edge, ranked number four in the fastest-selling master planned community in the country, has sold more than 10,000 homes in the southwest corner of the Las Vegas Valley. When complete it will have more than 12,500 homes spread across more than 60 subdivisions. The 80 acre Exploration Park, pictured above, is the flagship park within the community sits at the corner of Blue Diamond and Buffalo at the entrance to the master planned community.
