A Las Vegas builder just announced a BIG move that could potentially reshape incentives offered new construction homes in the Las Vegas Valley. Woodside Homes, which is currently building six communities in North, Northwest, and Southwest Las Vegas, has announced they will be working with Solar City, a California based company to offer solar panels on their new homes at no up front cost to the home buyer.

With a trend toward going "green" energy efficient homes this is definitely a huge step in the right direction especially for home owners in Las Vegas who experience almost 300 days of sunshine each year.
