What is Kensington?

Kensington is a gated community with the Master Planned Community of Providence located in the upper west side of the Las Vegas Valley. The community was originally started by Kimball Hill Homes in 2007. Ryland Homes took over and began building homes ranging in size from 2400 -3039 sq/ft. 

Where is Kensington in Las Vegas?

From the world famous Las Vegas Strip take 15 North towards Salt Lake City, exit 95 north towards Reno, as you make your way to the northwest corner of the valley exit on the 215 Beltway and head west. Two exits down you'll exit right onto Hualapai Way which will put you at the entrance of the Providence Master Planned Community.
